Orleans: Final Tour
Formed in Woodstock in 1972 by John Hall, Larry Hoppen and Wells Kelly, and named for the New Orleans style they were playing, the band put Dance With Me at number six in 1975 and Still the One at number five in 1976. Bassist Lance Hoppen, the last of the classic lineup, announced in March 2026 that this is the final touring year, roughly forty shows ending on a cruise in March 2027.
Why UPAC (Ulster Performing Arts Center): The area's grand room, a restored 1927 theater where 1,500 seats fill for the biggest touring names to reach Kingston.
